Great idea! Just posted something similar to this topic, current careers should become more interactive too:

I’m not sure if it is planned already, or already implemented as it been a while since I last worked in-game but could careers become interactive? For example, the surf shop employee at Posey’s Surf Shop: Functional cash registers animations so Zoi’s actually come checkout, some nice sounds when tapping the registers, card terminals confirmations beeps etc. Shopping Zoi’s deplete the stock so actual restocking is needed If not to resource heavy, Zoi customers show a question mark bubble when …
