Proposal for Deepening Emotional Connections and Enhancing Player-NPC Relationship Depth Mechanics

A sudden thought:

Is it possible to add the health status of body organs to zoi’s information?

For example, the health of the heart, kidneys, limbs, etc. (and mod authors could add more body parts).

Why display these organs?

Because I’m thinking that simulating NPCs and emotions in the game is still too superficial and not deep enough.

If my zoi’s heart suddenly fails one day and is about to die, and at that moment a friend, lover, or family member has a healthy heart that matches mine, but if they donate their heart to me through medical means, they would die or become incomplete.

If my affection level with them is very high, ultimately, they would sacrifice their own heart for me. I think I would remember them for the rest of my life—remember this flesh-and-blood NPC. Perhaps while they’re still alive and healthy, I would keep taking photos of them, posting their pictures in my bedroom as a memorial of gratitude and sorrow (this would also make taking photos of characters more meaningful, and future disease DLCs would have more room for expansion).

Adding gameplay like this to enhance emotional content—I thought it through briefly and it doesn’t seem difficult to implement…

This idea isn’t limited to “organs” alone; it could be expressed through other gameplay mechanics and methods. In general, the goal is to make the “affection” between NPCs and players not confined to superficial things like “dialogue exchanges” and “progress bars,” but rather directly touch the player’s heart through the NPC’s autonomous and tangible actions.
