hello, ive downloaded the thing from palet a while ago i guess (on the page it says its downloaded) but i cant find it anywhere in caz

Could you check if you cannot find it in ‘Accessories’ > ‘Hats’ menu? Thank you in advance!
You have to exit inZOI after downloading then restart and they should be in CAZ
hi ive downloaded it weeks ago before i opened the game (via web i believe) so restarting wasnt the issue 
ohh omg im so stupid, i completely missed that seperate accesoiry category and was just checking in the normal outfit category, sorryy, everything is there
