@dostkraut Sorry for the late reply and you might have found out by now already. I was not able to play over the last months and was also not much around here in the forum.
The “Hack the Bank” is tied to actual hacking not to the ATM. You can do it at the computer once your programming skill is high enough. It has a cooldown though, so you will need to wait a bit until you will be able to do it 3 times to fulfill the aspiration goal.
