There should be an auto save of your house generated by the game during the upgrade.
Please try to access build mode on the lot your house was on → it should open in the common first tab, where all your downloaded Canvas builds are → go to the filters and check “automatic saves” (it’s called something similar to that) → click on this save and move it carefully as you re-place it on the lot.
