Out of Video Memory Error (Ge Force Now)

Hi I recently played this game for three days but the game started to crash on third day after my third time of installing mods, here are the spec details, screenshots and files for your reference, I am heavily frustrated as I opted to GeForce Now but the mods are not synchronized due to cloud limitations. How can I play this game as usual without using cloud?
