My Inzoi sim not showing

Hi after the latest update my Inzoi sims: Melissa Atkinson is there in the game but it doesn’t how her at all like she disappeared and this is caused her not to interact with anything Like I don’t know what happened, but I would really appreciate if this gets fixed up because my sim is there but it disappeared

I just wanted to ask — for my previous bug reports I wasn’t asked to provide this level of detail. Is there a reason this issue requires more information like hardware specs?

I’m sorry if this irritated you =)
Whenever you open a new thread in either Bug Reports or Technical Help, a report form (like the one posted above) is automatically appearing in the window you’re writing. It’s meant to be filled out and posted alongside screenshots and other valuable info to detect the bug. Unfortunately, this report form can be deleted if you choose so, which I assume you did :slightly_smiling_face:

I simply made it my “job” to remind users of the report form if I notice that it’s missing while reading through all of the posts here :grinning_face: This means that it’d be lovely if you added the filled out report forms to all of your original threads, if possible.

Oh I see, thank you for explaining! I didn’t realise the form was supposed to be included. I’ll fill it out and update my report :blush:

Game Version: 20260408.11660.W

Platform: Steam Windows

Mods: None

Hardware Specifications & Operating System:

Windows 11, Intel Core i7, NVIDIA RTX 4050, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD (GIGABYTE A16 Gaming Laptop)

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Load into my saved game after the latest update

  2. My Sim (Melissa Atkinson) appears in the household panel

  3. The Sim is not visible in the world

  4. The Sim cannot interact with objects or other Sims

  5. Restarting the game does not fix the issue

Details:

After the latest update, my Sim Melissa Atkinson is still present in the household but is completely invisible in the world. I cannot see her or interact with anything using her. This issue did not happen before the update.

Hope I’ve done it right?

Do you happen to have the affected save file still available? If you’d be willing to share it here with the devs and the users, I can put it into my game and check for a possible fix or workaround =)

I’m so sorry to interrupt your conversation, but I’m experiencing the same issue! My zoi suddenly disappeared and I can’t use “Emergency Rescue”. He’s completely immobilized, and it seems like this happened before the autosave, just out of nowhere! :sob: I don’t know what to do with this save file now

Hi, just to update, I managed to fix the issue by traveling to another lot and calling the Sim over. It seems like the Sim was not properly loaded into the world. Thanks again for your help!:clap:t2::grin:

Hi

Just a quick question which Inzoi are you having a problem with? Is that the male or the female?

So, which ever Inzoi sims that you can see, click on them and there’s an option that says group then you click create and select the other inzoi sim that you cant see and click OK and once you done that done that you go to edit city then just pick any park in the city and then there should be there three options : Go Here, Move with Group or Edit Property you need to click on Move with Group then at the top right hand corner it should be calling them and the Inzoi sims that is visible will be start to make their way there and it will load and then you should be able to see both the visible and the invisible Inzoi sims travel to the park location because it worked for me

Please try and do the way I told you to do and just let me know if that works for you because it worked for me now I can see the invisible inzoi
