Yes, I agree. It looks funny. But I think it should depend on the level of the romantic relationship. If the level is small, then they can be shy. And if there is a high level, then you should not be shy. For example: I also think we can add a Zoi trait: Shy. Then Zoi will be shy not only in the bathroom, but also in other appropriate places.

And I’d also like to add that if in the future there are establishments with communal showers (baths, student shower facilities, non-elite gyms), then Zois of the same sex shouldn’t feel embarrassed showering nearby either. Regardless of orientation. And, of course, with separate men’s and women’s changing rooms, showers and toilets - we definitely shouldn’t mix those, whoever wants to can regulate it with mods.
