How to update mods after 0.8.0/0.8.1 Update
After the 0.8.0 Update many of you might be encountering “need validation” and “broken” messages in the mod manager. These mods are not really broken, you just don’t have the newest version yet!
So don’t worry, you can easily get them back with a few clicks. Here’s a quick guide on how to do it:
Step 1. Go to “mods”.
Step 2. On the upper menu click “add mods”.
Step 3. Choose “Curseforge”.
** If a pop up asking you to “sync your mods” appears, simply click cancel.
Step 4. On the upper menu click “installed mods”.
Step 5. On the lower right, click “update all”. If the “update all” button does not appear, you can click on each mod and update them manually, which is a pain but it will work!
