When mining and holding a jewel pickaxe in your hand, if you have purchased say a concentration booster and forget to put your pickaxe away. When you pull out the concentration booster to use, your jewel pickaxe disappears instead of the potion bottle, and the potion can be used again since it ate your jewel pickaxe instead yet the concentration booster triggers as it it was used instead of eating your premium axe.
