With the newly added 5 careers in v0.8.0 we have also a job interview added before you even get the job and then each time your Zoi reaches 100% of Performance he can sign up for a promotion exam which basically is also an interview.
Both activities are scripted events and take approximately 30 in-game minutes to play out. But both events are scheduled for 3 hours from 5pm to 8pm. This is incredibly long as we do not have an option to end the event like we have for some social events. We can only cancel it but this would then prevent the promotion. It really does not make much sense to hang around in the office for 2,5 hours after all scripted actions are done and wait for the 3 hours to pass in order to get promoted.
Please change this to a more meaningful timeframe like 1 hour or give us the option to finish the interview / exam once it has payed out.
