New employees not applying for the vacant position after Zoe's death

I’m working at Adam Entertainment.
1 group manager and 1 CEO aged and died. New employees don’t come to fill their positions after that. Only 1 group manager is left in the company. No one to ask for a promotion).
I haven’t figured out how to work with save files..

When I attach a save, I upload it to Google Drive (just the .usvx file) and put the link here (without restrictions)
