In BlissBay, babysitters remain in the household even after the toddlers become children/teenagers. Kicking them out doesn’t help. When they’re outside, they come back in even though I’ve set the doors to family members only. The cheat command removezoi doesn’t work on them either! In other households as well, babysitters stay forever. Apparently they don’t die either!
