Many terrraced homes in the London consist of a lower ground floor that is not a basement. It’s just a partially lowered level. Would love for this to be possible with further terrain editing tools perhaps?

You find similar basements in European & US cities too. And of course in the US suburbs basements are usually partly above ground and have small windows, because of safety requirements that require a fire exit apart from the stairs.
