Hi, I’m currently having an issue with my Teen Zoi. I can’t enroll her in a school because the game says she has already graduated, even though she hasn’t. Is this a bug?
This happend to me before patch when I used customzoi to make a teen from a young adult. Maybe it could also happen, when you start a new game, use an adult template and change it to teen.
Did some analysis with regards to the school in the new update - the name of the school in-game was changed from Bliss Bay School to Sunridge School, but the lot name is still the same due to a translation error. I hope it gets fixed in a future update.
No matter the city, all my old saves don’t support or allow my teenage Zoi to attend school. Every school says “You graduated from this school.” My Zoi don’t even go to school anymore… If I create a new Zoi, they can choose a school. Is this some kind of bug with the old save?

I had the same thing happen. I had a family with 3 teens. One was a previous saved teen preset I created, and the others I made from in game presets. My saved preset teen loaded with the already graduated issue. I had to reload the game and make the family over again.
same thing here! I tried to reroll my school and couldn’t, then I quit and now I can’t enter ANY school at all like my teen was graduated… (ofc I was not) so no chance for me to test the update now
I am also having this issue. I just had my child have a birthday so now he’s an adolescent, and it says he’s a High School graduate and can’t go to school Really bummed as I wanted to play with this update
I am having the same issue. I attempted to start the June update from a previous save file. Before the June update, I created 3 new households with teenagers in preparation for High School gameplay. I played each family for about 5 days of game time before creating the next, and so on. After the update, the first household I created lists the teenagers as “College Graduates” and can not be enrolled in any High School. In the second household I created, the teenagers have Bliss Bay Public School marked as the “School you graduated from” but are enrolled in the “Sunridge High School” which appears to be a rabbit-hole only High School. In the most recent household I created, the teenagers are enrolled in Bliss Bay Public School and the gameplay functions as expected. Before the update, the teenagers in all three families attended the original rabbit hole High School in Bliss Bay.
It appears that, in my case, the amount of game days a Zoi has attended High School before the update has a direct correlation in that Zoi’s eligibility to attend high school after the update, regardless of their age.
I have the same problem. However, I should note that my Zoe became a teenager after the update, but otherwise everything is the same – it’s impossible to get into school. Similar situations used to occur in non-playable families, and now it’s happening in a playable one. This is very frustrating: it’s impossible to try the high school update in the current family.
I completely forgot to say that Zoe graduated from elementary Sunridge(!!!) School when she was a child.
I checked all the families in the city and there is not a single family where a teenager studied at any school!

When my now child zoi was born, he already had “graduated from high school” label on him, so I can’t enroll him in school. He was born after this recent update in a save made a few months ago.
having this same issue :[ my child just aged up into a teen but for some reason it says she already graduated from both high schools, and i don’t have the option to enroll her in either one ;; she’s from a long-going save so i’m wondering if that’s the problem?

I have a family where the son has just aged up into a child. When I checked his schedule to see his school days, I noticed there was no entry for attending school. I tried to enroll him, but the option was unavailable. Upon checking the child Sim’s profile, it shows that he has already graduated from high school.
I should also mention that this save file had a previous issue: when planning the wedding for this Sim’s parents, they would get married and move into the same lot, but the ceremony event would take place a day later—meaning they were already married by the time it happened. I tried various ways to hold the ceremony first, but one time I let them act autonomously, they got married on their own. I didn’t save that action and tried to marry them again later, but the same thing happened: they would get married and move into the same lot, and the ceremony would take place a day later when they were already married.
