You get royalties after 6 or 7 days or so (not sure). You don’t get paid immediately as far as I know. Here is a link from the Q&A that might help. So I am not sure if it is a bug you are experiencing
You now need to purchase licenses with the new update. Then you can monetize your work. This is not a bug. You’re not providing any evidence but you’re saying there’s a bug? 
This is the correct answer. Please let us know if you do receive your royalties after that period. If not, then something must have gone wrong, but I do believe you’ll get them in time

I knew about license. I speaking about direct selling. u said that I dont prove for error, but as I said I didnt had any result so this IS a error
p.s. I saw post with link to another topic with similar error, so Ill make test. Dev some software, publish and wait week
@Meroshiro just played today and received royalties after one week. This seems to still work.
