Sorry to hear the issue came back after repairing the TV and thank you for letting us know.
I also wanted to mention that I don’t think the screenshot came through (I can’t see any image attached to the post at the moment). It may not have uploaded correctly.
Could you try uploading it again? It would also help if you could complete the rest of the bug report template (game version, platform, hardware specs, mod status, and reproduction steps), and let us know whether this is the same save and the same TV from your previous report.
Hopefully the screenshot and the additional information will help the team narrow down the cause.
I think since it is the same issue occurring as in this thread, merging and continuing the discussion (and adding the photo) there might be for the best
