I hope it has a submarine. :laughing: Have you tried to rescue Zoi? This is available in the settings.

If @Mazikeen’s suggestion to safe the zoi via “emergency rescue” available through the PsyCat Guide in-game, please try to perform the steps mentioned in the official crash guide: Resolving Crash Issues After the Latest Update → some of them are known to solve similar issues sometimes.

Yes, thank you for bringing this bug to the forums. If pressing any move buttons while going up or down stairs can lead to becoming one with the void, it must be reported :laughing:

Were these some stairs in a public place? Has it ever happened to you in some other stairs? If it’s only there, there could be some issues with collision or pathing. If you could pint point in the map were those stairs were, I love love to try to reproduce it.
