what the title says: that the nightclub is open all night (until 6 AM) since it’s the most fun place to be and the time to enjoy it is minimal. and that the hospital is always open.
it would be the most realistic

I agree. No emergency room at a hospital is closed at 6p.m. For that to happen, we might need actual “emergencies” as gameplay though to make the function worth while.
I also agree with the night clubs. Why does it close at midnight? That’s where most people start going clubbing. I was so disappointed when I let my Zoi go clubbing just to be thrown out like 2 hours later

I agree too. I had brought up the subject of nightclubs at night in this post: Des horaires plus réalistes pour les bars et boîtes de nuit because it’s not normal that they close so early.

I’ve never understood why the hospital closes at 6 PM, especially since everything you can do there is just a rabbithole anyway. Imagine if that were the case in real life. A hospital should be open 24/7.
The nightclubs aren’t realistic either, but there I sometimes think maybe the NPCs have to work the next day and wouldn’t get enough sleep otherwise 
But at least on Saturday nights they should stay open much longer.
