My Zois INFO preset is suddenly gone??

When I first made this character, I put in all the information. Name, age, all of it. You cant make a character without putting in the info. Anyway, I wanted to upload this character to my canvas, but when I went into edit appearance, he suddenly didn’t have any info for him, and it wouldn’t let me upload to canvas without that info.

I don’t know what to do. When hovering over him, none of his info pops up. Not name, not age, not even relationship status. But if you click on him, obviously he has a name, it pops up THEN, but I don’t know what to do or how to fix this.

This character has all the information, its just not showing in zoi preset, and when i try uploading its presets to canvas, it says no information to give.

When you do edit appearance save him as a preset then leave the game by going to the lobby. At the character studio equip the preset and save it to canvas.

I cannot save him as a preset. When I try, the game says that there is no information to save. Which is strange cause there is, I can go into things like the desired life tab and see all of his traits, values, even preferences, however, on the zoi preset section of edit appearance, all of that information is missing.

Does this happen if you go into CAZ via “CustomZoi [Zoi ID]” cheat too? It should actually bring up all available info about the zoi.

I’m honestly not sure. I don’t think I still have it, but Ill make time on a day I’m less busy with work to try and find the right files.
