Can someone explain to me or give me a guide about the importance of business skills? I think that currently the hired person can’t level up their skill even though they’re working on it, is that right? So when you’re going to hire someone, not for food or bank creation, what skill should they have? I mean, the specific ones I know — pastry, cooking, coffee, etc — but if I have a gym or a hair salon or a spa? is it rhetorical? A guide on what each skill is for would really help me 
there are some that I still don’t get the use for, like critical thinking. For an art gallery what does it need? and how does the worker develop it?
