Hello inZOI developers!

I really appreciate how much inZOI has already grown, especially the recent additions to active high schools, careers, businesses, relationships, and everyday simulation.

I would like to share some ideas for the future. My main wish is for inZOI to become a life simulation where different parts of a Zoi’s life are deeply connected, so that their choices, experiences, relationships, education, career, and personal decisions can naturally shape their future.

I don’t want every system to simply be bigger. I would love for them to have more meaningful consequences and connections.

* * *

## 1. A Much Deeper Education System

The new active high schools are a great foundation. I would love to see education become even deeper over time.

### High School

Students could have:

- Different subjects and difficulty levels

- Homework and assignments

- Studying and revision

- Projects

- Tests and exams

- Attendance

- Class participation

- Relationships with teachers

- Academic performance

- Extracurricular activities and clubs

Most importantly, exams could be influenced by what the Zoi actually did beforehand.

For example:

**Attend classes → Learn → Complete homework → Study/revise → Take an exam → Receive a grade**

A student who studies consistently should have a better chance of performing well, while a student who ignores school could struggle.

I would also love more meaningful academic consequences:

- Academic warnings

- Extra support

- Repeating a school year

- Early graduation for exceptional students

- Scholarships

- Different opportunities after graduation

This would make graduation feel like something the Zoi actually achieved.

### University

I would love university to become a major part of a Zoi’s life.

A possible progression could be:

**High School → University Applications → Acceptance/Rejection → Scholarship → Major → University Life → Graduation → Career**

University could include:

- Choosing a major

- Classes

- Assignments

- Studying

- Exams

- Projects

- Professors

- Classmates

- Dorms or student housing

- Student clubs

- Sports

- Campus events

- Internships

- Scholarships

- Graduation ceremonies

A degree could also become part of the Zoi’s permanent life history.

For example:

**University:** [University Name]
**Major:** Computer Science
**Degree:** Bachelor’s Degree
**Graduation Year:** [Year]

Education should then have meaningful effects on the future.

Some careers could require specific qualifications, while other careers could be entered through experience or vocational training.

* * *

## 2. Careers Should Be Actual Life Experiences

I would love careers to become much deeper than simply sending a Zoi to work and waiting for them to return.

A career could have a progression such as:

**Education/Training → Application → Interview → Entry-Level Job → Experience → Performance → Promotion → Advanced Position**

Workplaces could contain actual activities and interactions.

For example, a Zoi could:

- Meet coworkers

- Talk to their manager

- Attend meetings

- Work on projects

- Make mistakes

- Receive performance reviews

- Get bonuses

- Receive promotions

- Change departments

- Change careers

- Resign

- Get fired

- Build professional relationships

Different careers could have genuinely different gameplay.

A doctor, programmer, journalist, architect, teacher, chef, mechanic, researcher, artist, and business owner should not all feel like the same system with different job titles.

* * *

## 3. Make Job Interviews and Qualifications Matter

I really like the idea of some careers requiring an application and interview.

I would love to expand this system.

When applying for a job, the result could consider:

- Education

- Degree

- Experience

- Skills

- Previous career

- Personality

- Interview answers

- Reputation

A Zoi could be rejected and have to apply somewhere else.

This would make finding a first job or changing careers feel like an actual part of life.

* * *

## 4. Businesses Should Be Fully Playable

I would love businesses to go beyond simply owning a property.

A Zoi could start a business such as:

- Restaurant

- Café

- Clothing store

- Workshop

- Technology company

- Salon

- Retail store

- Professional service

The player could manage:

- Employees

- Salaries

- Prices

- Supplies

- Equipment

- Customers

- Advertising

- Business expenses

- Expansion

- New locations

A small business could gradually grow into a large company.

It would also be interesting if businesses created stories naturally: employees could become friends, managers could leave, competitors could appear, and successful businesses could expand.

* * *

## 5. Relationships Should Develop Naturally

I would love relationships to feel less like pressing a few interaction buttons and immediately changing someone’s relationship status.

Friendships could develop gradually:

**Stranger → Acquaintance → Friend → Close Friend**

Romantic relationships could also develop gradually based on mutual interest, compatibility, trust, shared experiences, and time spent together.

Relationships could remember their history.

For example:

- Helping someone could increase trust.

- Breaking promises could damage trust.

- Arguments could create tension.

- Spending years together could create strong bonds.

- Losing contact could gradually create distance.

- Shared experiences could create memories.

Different relationships should feel different because of the people involved.

I would also love friendships, family relationships, coworkers, and romantic relationships to have their own unique dynamics.

* * *

## 6. Give Every Zoi a Real Life History

One of the biggest things I would love to see is a proper life-history system.

A Zoi could have important events recorded throughout their life:

**2015 — Started school**
**2025 — Graduated high school**
**2026 — Entered university**
**2030 — Graduated with a degree**
**2031 — Got first job**
**2035 — Started a business**
**2040 — Moved to another city**

The game could also remember important relationships, achievements, careers, education, and major life events.

This would make older characters feel like people with actual histories.

* * *

## 7. Make the World Continue Without the Player

I would love NPC Zois to have lives of their own.

For example, you could meet someone at school and then stop controlling them.

Years later, you might meet them again and discover that they:

- Graduated

- Got a job

- Changed careers

- Made new friends

- Started a family

- Moved somewhere else

- Started a business

Their lives should continue even when the player isn’t directly controlling them.

This could make the world feel much more alive.

* * *

## 8. Make Opportunities Come From Previous Choices

This could connect almost every system together.

Instead of completely random opportunities, the game could generate opportunities based on a Zoi’s history.

For example:

A Zoi studies programming, earns a degree, and works in technology for several years.

Later, they might receive an opportunity to:

**Join a startup → Become a technical lead → Start their own company**

Or:

A Zoi has a friend from university who later starts a company.

That friend could contact them and offer them a job.

Or:

A Zoi spends years cooking and develops excellent cooking skills.

They could eventually receive an opportunity to work at a prestigious restaurant or open their own.

This would make the player’s previous decisions actually matter.

* * *

## 9. Make Money and Housing More Connected to Life

I would love the economy and housing systems to become deeper.

Zois could have:

- Bank accounts

- Savings

- Regular expenses

- Rent

- Mortgages

- Different income levels

- Business expenses

- Investments

- Property ownership

Housing could also become a meaningful progression.

A Zoi might start by renting a small apartment, later buy a house, move to a better neighborhood, or purchase property as an investment.

Moving should also have consequences.

A new home could mean:

- Longer commute

- Different neighbors

- Different nearby activities

- Different schools

- Different costs

- New social opportunities

* * *

## 10. Make Transportation Part of Everyday Life

Cars and transportation could become more connected to the simulation.

Instead of transportation simply being a way to reach another location, it could affect daily schedules.

For example:

- Traffic could make a Zoi late.

- Living far from work could reduce free time.

- Public transportation could be cheaper but slower.

- Cars could require maintenance.

- Different vehicles could have different practical advantages.

Traveling between cities could also become a meaningful decision.

* * *

## 11. Make Children and Growing Up More Meaningful

I would love childhood to feel like an actual stage of development.

A child could gradually develop:

- Interests

- Skills

- Friendships

- Habits

- Personality traits

- Academic strengths

- Hobbies

- Ambitions

Parents could influence their children’s development through how they raise them.

For example:

- Supporting education

- Encouraging hobbies

- Teaching responsibility

- Spending time together

- Setting boundaries

- Supporting their interests

Then those experiences could influence the Zoi when they become teenagers and adults.

* * *

## 12. Hobbies Should Become Real Activities

Instead of simply having a “Photography” or “Painting” skill, I would love hobbies to have actual gameplay.

For example:

**Photography:**

Take photos → Learn techniques → Improve skill → Enter competitions → Build a portfolio → Potentially turn it into a career

The same could work for:

- Programming

- Cooking

- Painting

- Music

- Writing

- Sports

- Reading

- Photography

- Crafting

This would give Zois more things to do outside of school and work.

* * *

## 13. A More Dynamic City

I would love the cities themselves to change over time.

For example:

- New businesses open.

- Businesses close.

- Neighborhoods develop.

- New buildings appear.

- Property values change.

- New events appear.

- Different areas become more popular.

- New job opportunities emerge.

The city should feel like something that continues developing instead of remaining exactly the same throughout a Zoi’s entire life.

* * *

## 14. More Meaningful Personality and Memories

I would love personalities to develop naturally through experiences.

A Zoi could change because of what happens to them.

For example:

A shy teenager might become more confident after making close friends.

Someone who repeatedly experiences failure might become more cautious.

Someone who spends years working with people might become more socially comfortable.

The game could use memories and experiences to influence future behavior.

This would make every Zoi feel less like a collection of statistics and more like an individual person.

* * *

## 15. Ambitions Should Shape Gameplay

Each Zoi could have meaningful long-term goals.

For example:

- Become a doctor

- Build a successful company

- Become a famous musician

- Travel the world

- Become a professional athlete

- Have a large family

- Become financially independent

- Become a respected academic

The game could create opportunities related to those ambitions.

A Zoi’s goals could also change as they grow older.

# The Main Idea

My biggest wish is for inZOI to become a simulation where **everything connects**.

Education affects careers.

Careers affect money.

Money affects housing.

Housing affects daily routines.

Daily routines affect relationships.

Relationships create memories.

Memories influence personality.

Personality affects decisions.

And those decisions create new opportunities.

I don’t think every system needs to be extremely complicated. I think the most important thing is that the systems should **remember what happened and react to it**.

I want to be able to look at an older Zoi and think:

> “This person has actually lived a life.”

They studied, struggled, made friends, lost friends, built relationships, changed careers, made money, moved homes, developed hobbies, made mistakes, achieved goals, and created memories.

That is the kind of connected life simulation I would love to experience in inZOI.

Thank you for continuing to develop inZOI and for listening to the community. I really appreciate the direction the game has already taken, and I hope some of these ideas can become part of its future.

**A life simulation becomes much more powerful when the player’s past choices continue to matter in the future.**
