I love the new content, the tropical feel, the island area you added, but it is a bit disappointing that we can nowhere place a house right on the beach or even on the water. I loved to do that in the Sims and I am really missing this part now in the DLC. There is an empty little island near the resort one. but you can not even get out of a boat there.
It would be also far nicer to be able to reach the beach everywhere on the resort island and be able to buy a house there.
I saw also at least one blooming tree next to my plot that I can not plant in my garden, because you did not add it for the players 
I do believe you put a lot of love into this game, but fail sometimes on little, but very important things for the players. The ability to build on the beach, this is one of them.

Could we please get a resizeable fabric awning to fit it to all windows and doors and could we please also get resizeable mirrors and tv tables, the sizes are often just horrible fitting to my rooms.
And could we please get some wooden and bamboo fence gates with wooden pillars at its sides, because those massive brick and concrete pillars at the gates just don’t fit wooden and bamboo fences at all.
And can we please have a horizontal neon light for kitchens please. Resizeable vases would also be lovely, the only empty vase with a normal shape in game is far too tiny!
To be able to move plants also lower into the ground to give them a different heigth is also a function that needs to be added please. If you could make that all possible more players than only me will for sure be quite happy about it. Thank you!
