After playing with the same account on another pc (create joey and upload to canvas),
I book a download from the website and download from an existing pc,
but the download doesn’t work.
Please fix it quickly.

When I reserve a download on the website and enter the game, the list of canvases I reserved is not downloaded.
The download list is full (10/10)
Same thing even if I disable the mod.

It seems like it’s been about a week since the website list download stopped.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused by reserved creations not being downloaded. 
This issue has been added to the Known Issues list.
As a temporary workaround, when you schedule a download via the web Canvas while the game is running, the download will proceed normally.
We’ll provide any updates we get in this thread.

We would like to inform you that the following issue has been resolved in the v0.3.6 hotfix patch:
- Fixed an issue where downloads would not start after launching the game when scheduling a download via the web Canvas.
As this matter has been resolved, this thread will now be closed.
If you experience the same issue after updating, please create a new post to let us know.
