Rain (Not indoors.) You can see all the rain when walking around the second floor. Could you make it to where you can't see the rain falling at all while indoors?

You can see all the rain when walking around the second floor. Could you make it to where you can’t see the rain falling at all while indoors? I know it disappears when you zoom closer in, but to have it disappear even when zoomed further out or all the way out also would be nice.
