Skill max before completing reading skill book

  • Details: If simulation day is set to 24hrs and you try to complete an ambition that requires to read a skill book multiple time (ex: Creative Expression requires to read art book 10x), long before completing reading the art book 1x, the zoi has already maxed the art skill even though prior to reading they were at level 0. At 4hr day simulation it take only 2-3 book reading to max the skill.

I think the animation for reading a book needs to complete faster. It is odd that animations that should take more time (ex: working out or playing arcade games like bowling) finish too quickly but other animations like reading a book takes forever. There needs to be a good balance.
