Yes, I keep saying this over and over again since I registered here 
Exactly scenic places for long walks or drives. Especially now that we have a first-person view. Forests, fields, deserts, mountains… Something that allows you to turn your back to the city and feel like you’re in the wilderness, even knowing that all city activities are also easily accessible at any moment — just switch to the other half of the map.
Yes, we’ve been dreaming about this for a long time. But not just “one empty city”. We want a full-fledged town editor to create any number of custom worlds there with any theme: whether jungles or ice deserts. And upcoming DLCs would add new landscape elements for building. This way there would be a point to buying all the additions (this is in case there’s concern that such a tool for independent creation might hurt sales of official DLCs).
It’s possible that it is. But whether yes or no — we’ll know for sure only when this option releases. Because so far everything has been very vague. It’s possible that these will be multiplayer towns on servers, and their sizes will be much smaller than a full city. So we’re waiting either for additional comments from the developers on this topic, or for the release itself
