I Entered "Postcards from Cahaya" and the Cahaya Summer Cooler is Missing.

  • Steps to Reproduce: Join the Postcards from Cahaya Event. I was supposed to receive the cooler for participating but it never showed up.

I participated in all of the inZOI Summer Rewards Events, and even entered the Postcards from Cahaya Event, entered the code, but I haven’t received the Cahaya Cooler. I have the Cahaya tent, firepit and blanket and chair though. I see others post the cooler but where is mine? Thanks.

This is all I have. The Cahaya cooler is missing.

The cooler was part of the ‘Postcards from Cahaya’ event.
If you participated, you should have received a code for it, have you redeemed it?

I got the beach towel along with the Item Bundle at gamescom, there was a card with the code on it.

Both objects are showing up in my game correctly.
If you redeemed the codes and they don’t show up, do you maybe have mods installed?

  • I entered the code I received from the Postcards from Cahaya Event a while ago, but the cooler is not in my game. My submission is still there on the Postcards from Cahaya page, but my item never appeared in game.
  • I wasn’t aware that the beach towel was a gamescom exclusive and removed it from my OP.
