There seems to be another bug in the building - the toilets in the bathrooms are dirty and there isn’t an option to clean them/they are not getting cleaned? Not sure if this was the case before in other hot fixes.
This also seems to apply to other public bathrooms around Dowon, most of which are dirty and the zoi gets an uncomfortable moodlet after using them for touching something dirty.
I think your active Zoi can clean them? Though I haven’t noticed this happen in my game so I’m not sure if public assets are even supposed to get dirty.
I only see a flush option unfortunately and even if I click on it, the toilet remains dirty. There is a vacuum cleaner in the building, although it wouldn’t make sense, I figured that might do the trick but my zoi is unable to interact with it.
You don’t interact directly with the toilet or the mop, you click on the floor near the dirty object and select “clean”. Not terribly intuitive, but that is how it works currently.

It seems that the photo mode workaround only works on mac. I’m now playing on GeForce Now and it doesn’t work for me either

You could try if cleaning the area next to the toilet cleans it along with it

At the restrooms in the Fire Station and Adam Entertainment, the toilets remain dirty and do not return to a clean state. In contrast, the café restrooms appear to be clean as expected, so I am writing to ask whether this issue might be a bug.
There is already a thread about this; the toilets cannot currently be cleaned in these buildings as the action is not flagged as “occupational” (or something like that).
I think the toilets are supposed to stay clean, as if cleaners come in at night (realistic), but for some they get dirty and then stay that way.
