To help us investigate the issue, could you please check the details below?

  1. Were you playing on Windows using ‘Continue’?
    If so, it would be really really helpful if you could share the save files!

  2. On Mac, when the issue didn’t reoccur, was it while using ‘Continue’ or starting a ‘New Game’?

  3. Also, if you were playing using Continue, could you please check if the same issue happens on Windows when starting a New Game?
