I don’t think they will leave this issue unresolved. Make a support ticket and keep in contact. I know they do have codes for those who couldn’t get it through the automatic distribution way, so all hope is not lost.

Giving the rewards to everyone would be unfair to those who made an efford to win them. And rewards are (imo) a good way to keep people interested and engaged in the events and the game.
