Is there weight paint feature in inZOI Mod Kit. Technically, I have weight paint edited in Blender 3D. When I import to inZOI Mod Kit and start playing. It appears different compare to Blender 3D weight paint. Is there weight paint in inZOI ModKit? Usually, Weight Paint is the fussiest part in 3D modelling.

You may notice the buttons are stretched when playing in inZOI. But in Blender and inZOI Mod Kit I don’t see any issues.

Thanks inZOI Mod Team

Hello @KooKazoi

No, the Weight Paint feature (weight painting for rigging) is not directly integrated into the inZOI ModKit.

✅ What the inZOI ModKit offers

The ModKit allows you to import meshes via Blender or Maya using official plugins.

It includes tools for creating custom clothing, furniture, and assets, then converting them into Unreal Engine projects for the game.

The plugins support operations such as skinning tests (checking for deformations), but not full weight painting in the ModKit interface.

🔍 For Weight Painting

The recommended workflow is:

Do the rigging and Weight Paint in Blender or Maya (as you normally would).

Export to FBX with the weights applied.

Import via the inZOI plugin for Unreal Engine.

The ModKit does not replace Blender’s advanced weight painting tools.

I think it can be closed [@moderators](https://forum.playinzoi.com/groups/moderators) 🙂
