Sadly we can’t build pools in all of the apartments.
In and outside the Dowon Heights we can, in the Gaya Apartments we can’t, for example.
No one lives below anyway.
And we also can’t build pools on community lots.
Even though the new pool in Dowon is on a commnuity lot, but we neither can change it nor build our own there.
Why are there such implausible restrictions?

+1, I would like to be able to make a gym/spa community lot, and doing that without a pool is not really viable.
