Canvas connection failure: Uploads fail with “Error Code: YELLOW” -
I am opening a new ticket to report a separate, but likely related, issue with the Canvas system on the Mac App Store version of the game. I previously reported a download problem (referencing "Error Code: BLACK"), and now I am encountering connection issues when trying to upload content.**Problem Description:** When attempting to upload a creation to Canvas from within the game, the upload fails and I receive the message: "invalid request. please try again later. error code: yellow."**Context:** This issue is happening alongside the download problem I've experienced, where I could not download content from Canvas and received "Error Code: BLACK". I have already taken the following steps to resolve both issues, without success:* Updated the game to the latest version available on the Mac App Store.
* Deleted and reinstalled the game entirely.
* Cleared the game's cache and application support folders on my MacBook.
* Restarted my MacBook and my internet router.**Conclusion:** Given that both downloads (Error Code: BLACK) and uploads (Error Code: YELLOW) are failing, it appears there is a general connectivity issue with the Canvas servers specifically for users of the Mac App Store version. This is preventing me from fully utilizing the Canvas platform.I would appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this ongoing problem.
