We are now on the next level. Dead Zois now also have phones and they can use them. This was not the case previously. At least in my game I was not able to text with them.
Now my Zoi`s dead mother who is now dead for about 2 in game weeks has started texting her living daughter. So far she is not back in the house and I have not seen her in town yet but probably she is there somewhere…

I always got messages from the dead. I haven´t even considered it weird at this point. 
Like, I regularly get text messages from Sophia Martin. And I made sure she died after her natural death again. Even had a funeral for her. Now she is working as an NPC as a coach at a fitness class. And the mother-in-law of my Zoi was just wandering around, she kept sending text messages to one of my sons, till she died again. I saw her once at a park. So it seems she kept her habit of going to places.
But the text messages were happening to me even before the update. Not as much, but still happening. Months ago, in one safe file, I had a wedding, and Zoi´s dead mother showed up, a bit younger, and she stayed alive after that. You wouldn´t normally meet her back then, though, but she would attend parties.

Yes. Luckily my zois didnt live with the recently deceased zoi. I did try swapping the house so imma check back and see if the zoi still lives there

Here is my save file with many dead alive Zois in the city by now. Some have already died twice and are burried in the graveyard while also sitting as a second urn in the columbarium. This becomes more and more a very annoying issue the longer you play in the same save file.

Hi everyone(@here), we’re sorry for the inconvenience caused by an issue where Zois would occasionally come back to life after dying.
The issue has been resolved with today’s 0.5.0 update. If the problem occurs again, please let us know by creating a new post.
