Have you tried without mods as suggested? (should you use them)

And are you sure this is the right path because there is no ‘user data’ folder in the path I posted above (and below). Here is another post from the team about how to find it:

If the issue occurs alongside an ‘Insufficient Video Memory’ error, it may be caused by accumulated data such as web cache.

Please attempt to resolve the issue using the method below.

  1. Open File Explorer: Press Windows Key + E.

  2. Navigate to Path: Copy and paste the following path into the File Explorer address bar and press Enter.

    • AppData/Local/inZoi/webcache_4430

  3. Delete Folder: Delete the entire webcache_4430 folder.
