  • Hardware Specifications & Operating System: For running the game: Windows11 Intel(R) Core™ i7- 10750H CPU @ 2.60GHz 16GB RAM.

  • Issue Date: Fri Nov 14.

  • Error Message: I use windows to play INZOI and Mac to to browse Canvas and Forums; while Forums seems to be working just fine, suddenly Canvas has stopped working for me all together. It started when I was having a hard time signing into my account on canvas, (the website, which was working fine then.) for some reason it didn’t believe that my Steam was connected to my Krafton account- which was weird because that’s exactly how I registered that account- but no matter what I did it did not recognize my steam as connected. Eventually I’d finally be able to sign-in (Just not with my steam) but then out of nowhere- all of my creations were gone.(I was really disappointed because I was hoping to use one of my characters.) Having no reason to be on there anymore (due to my missing creations) I signed off and got on INZOI through Windows Steam, to my surprise seeing the same username as the canvas account that told me multiple times that it wasn’t connected to my steam…I decided to test my luck and use Canvas through INZOI instead of it’s website version- (Canvas has been struggling to work for me since it first came out, on both the website and the game- so I was expecting the result but) It didn’t work, it stayed stuck on a loading screen so I gave up. When I woke up with more patience I tried again and found out I can successfully upload my characters through INZOI’s Canvas- but Problem: I cannot see my creations, on both the website and game, for both Mac and Windows- Canvas is blank; It does not black out, it just pretends to load-in and then stays completely white. I don’t know why KRAFTON isn’t recognizing my steam, or why Canvas has deleted my creations, but now I am wholly upset because I was willing to start from scratch again only to find out I can’t even see the final result through my own account, not through website or game.
