Yes, that happened to me too. Feeding the baby OR reloading the save might help. Moving the crib is also a possible solution that worked for me a few times.
First, we got babies getting drenched by rain while inside the house, and now they’re falling out of their cribs 
It happened to me tonight too!
I had the same thing happen. It looks awful, but the babies can still be cared for and will age up normally. Definitely seems like a new bug that needs to be fixed.
I’ve also encountered this issue several times.
