More depth in the skills

If you agree, everybody please insist that there needs to be MORE DEPTH IN THE SKILLS and they should draw inspiration from how it was implemented in The Sims 3. Do a research, this is really important and basically is the core and sense of the life-sim gameplay.

Babies would need to learn to walk, use the bathroom, and talk to grow properly and choose a trait

Kids/teens should have good grades in school or even gain skills to grow properly, be able to choose a trait and be eligible to go to university

Having a university degree should lead to automatic job promotions.

Job promotions should be tied to certain required skills.

Zois should have a chance to receive random quests from either friends, their jobs, or even skill related quests and fulfilling them would have various rewards. Could be as simple as reading a book and reporting it and as complex as delivering a very specific gem or fish.

introduce skills challenges. In the sims 2, sims could lose skill points from various chance cards as well as not practicing skills for while, while the sims 3 introduced skill challenges where completing them would have various benefits (like, a sim who writes at least 5 best sellers had a higher chance of writing bestsellers in that genre)
