Winter temperatures in Bliss Bay are too cold

(new save/fully updated/ no mods)

Not what the info screen promised and certainly not anywhere near the coldest it ever got in Santa Monica, the inspiration for Bliss Bay, which was -1°C/33°F.

Current winter temperature in Bliss Bay is -20°C (which is -4°F afaik(?)) and that’s not ‘mild’ :cold_face:

How strange! I’m playing in autumn and there are always at least 17°C (Bliss Bay)

I haven’t played winter yet because so far I’ve adjusted the season to the real one :slightly_smiling_face:

Wow!!! This never happened to me when playing in Bliss Bay and this was my mainly played city before the current save with Cahaya. Normally winter was always still above 10°C, rather even more and I never had a single Zoi who decided to wear his winter clothing in Bliss Bay.

How come this has changed? Really strange and should not be that way. Imagine we would start getting snow in Cahaya as well :face_with_peeking_eye:

It’s fall in our Cahaya save and still 29°C at night, which also seems a bit off(?)

And in Dowon it was 18°C in the morning, whis is too warm compared to the current tempereature in Seoul, which is 7°C

Did you guys visit other cities in your saves before this happening ?
I remember reading something about temperature being too low when moving back to your main town.

The Bliss Bay save is a complete new save.

Dowon ist the city where we started and then we moved to Cahaya and I divided the saves.

So I play the Cahaya save since August and the Dowon save since March.

(and we didn’t move back)

Haven’t seen this bug in my game so far but since I’m not travelling at all. Maybe it’s still the cause of the issue though it’s unlikely :thinking:

@LennyOgg you just opened my eyes. Dividing the saves! Honestly, I never thought about that and now I’m totally excited to try that. Thanks for mentioning it!
