Could you please check if your UID is also not visible after restarting inZOI? We’re currently looking into the issue based on the details you’ve provided. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we’ll let you know once a fix is available.
I’ve restarted the game and logged into my inZOI account, and my UID is now visible in the Game Information tab. I believe I may have been logged out of the game previously.
