Crime board not scheduling Thievery

    When clicking on the “Crime Board” (any level, Nooks / Bank etc), it’s usually a 50 / 50 chance of the game setting up the “Thievery” event in my schedule. This might be due to me having a nightclub that closes at 3am but half the time it will still set it up and just overlap the club event so unsure. It just means sometimes I can spend 5k on the crime board but not get any event out of it.
