Hello **everyone** , my wishlist proposal for today is for **MORE BODY DIVERSITY. (Images coming soon)**

I understand that this has been a topic of discussion before, but as things stand now, it’s not where it needs to be. If we consider this game to be our primary source of storytelling, then we all have different perspectives, and human biology is constantly evolving in various ways and portions. (If you know, you know 😅 )

From a developer’s perspective, I can understand the challenges of supporting such a wide range of body possibilities. However, it’s not impossible, and the game’s goal is to represent life accurately.

**Limited Body Sliders:** While we have some sliders for things like muscularity and body weight, the range is quite limited. It’s difficult to create a truly diverse range of body types, from very thin to very plus-sized. We need more robust and nuanced controls for shaping the body.

**Clothing Clipping:** A frustrating side effect of the limited body customization is that clothes can sometimes clip through the body, especially on characters that are not the default thin body type. This is something that needs to be addressed for a truly polished experience.

**Preset-Based Creation for each body part:** The character creation process relies heavily on presets, which can make it hard to fine-tune specific body features. More individual control over different body parts would be a huge improvement.

**No Height Sliders:** This is a big one. It’s currently impossible to change a character’s height, which means all Zois of the same age look a lot more similar than they should. Adding height sliders would bring a much-needed layer of realism and diversity to the game.

What other limitations or wishlist items would you add for body diversity in Inzoi? Let’s keep the discussion going and show the developers what we’d love to see!

Having these extremes come with the consequences of being that size, and the constant and severe risk to life that being underweight is, so maybe when they are only eating when totally starving to death all the time and never more than that they slowly get to be too skinny and then have a risk of death when exercizing, swimming, etc unless they start eating better, and obese people have a risk if they maintain obesity for longer than three seasons, then they run the risk of death during exercize or even randomly, the chances increasing depending on how old they are. Adding more health-related stuff to the game, like ongoing conditions or various health ailments, would also be cool, but if the actual consequences of being that size are implemented it helps to send the message of the dangers irl, while allowing the risks and challenges in the game and the realism. Especially for the very overweight, I mean around where i live anything below the maximum fatness currently available in caz is considered “too skinny” and youll hear people left and right and even strangers telling you to eat, considering anything skinnier than the maximum on inzoi being too thin, but i know from experience many other places and in medical science it’s not too thin (my whole family cannot get fat no matter what we do and we are fine, i once was starving and got as skinny as the skinny photos due to no food, found out that that changes the whole body as the body decides it NEVER wants that to happen again and so changes everything to try to make it impossible to not gain weight if you’re eating anything at all, even salads, so im the first in my family to have gotten pudgy thanks to starving for a year). But the amount of people at least in the USA who are very large is too many to not include that, we’re talking a majority of Americans who won’t be able to make themselves or loved ones in the game. Knowing that many Americans will want to and already are playing this game, it only makes sense to at least have that option in the game, maybe it could be disabled in settings or city editing for people who don’t want to have it in their game. I think it would make sense for city editing to include what percentages are too skinny or too overweight, would add to the dystopian and utopian gameplay already present

Yes inZOI is definitely falling short in this area. I hope they address this issue early next year. It’s a real bummer that I cannot create a realistic American body. Detailed fat distribution control is important in creating realistic bodies.

Also there is no coloring on elbows and knees of Zois. It’s just all one skin tone which is just no reflective of real human bodies. No matter the skin color, we all have darker or redish shading around the knees, elbow and knuckles.

I agree with the slider, I would like a slider which shapes the belly more (right now it kinda looks stiff or bloated rather than actual fat, not even talking about overweight or obesity, just about the shape)
