So i made my family eat in a group, but when i tried to make them talk to each other since multitasking is a thing now it didn’t work..
When i tried to make a zoi talk to the other it says “Zoi is currently busy”, which again breaks the fun of the game.. is this a bug or is it just something you guys didn’t add yet? I’m not sure so that’s why i am posting it here.
I started a new game in Dowon to remodel an apartment with two zois, one zoi was using the computer and the other zoi was standing next to her waiting to chat. If multitasking worked she would have just chatted with the zoi on the computer.
@Deniice unfortunately, multitasking is very limited for now. This means this isn’t a bug but rather belongs in the Wishlist category. Here’s a screenshot of the official patchnotes:
@JoyIsFunner multitasking looks quite awkward right now. IMO it’s rather a “on our way to multitasking” than multitasking itself, e.g. in The Sims. I hope they’ll prioritize adding more interactions to it and make it look smoother, more seamless.
I was building, I did choose the action for the zoi to use the computer, because I wanted the other zoi to finish a painting (making sure the whole apartment was functional before uploading it to canvas), so we have to wait until the devs complete multitasking for it to work properly.
It was definitely a bug because it works for me. Would be good for devs to look into it since it’s apparently not consistent. But my save has no issues with multi tasking. My zoi could even read the paper and appreciate art at the same time which isn’t listed in the current possibilities lol.
