I’d love to use different sinks more often but some come with a marble top and that just doesn’t fit imo
Like this one, for example. The style of the body does not really match a marble top.
And while there are even textile and wallpaper options (why?) a simple ceramic option is completely missing. I’d even go with a matte plastic.
This is also counting for many other objects where the material options don’t fit the objects.
Another thing I would like is the option to be able to make walls with tiles only up to a certain height.
I don’t know about the rest of the world, but in Italy both in the kitchen and in the bathroom tiles are only placed up to a certain height
Absolutely agree, also trims along the floors and the ceilings so the walls don’t look so ‘naked’ and flat.
I also noticed the counters with marble tops have no plain option either, even though the main body has the plastic option.
I wonder why they decided to not just offer more common/practical materials for the counter tops and sinks instead of wallpaper and textiles that make no sense at all?
Who can even afford marble counter tops these days IRL? ö.ö
I agree, for some reason the devs did not add a simple plain texture to be used on sinks, counters, stoves, and lots of other items that are solid paint colors.
