Having the option to add my significant other/children as a co-operator of my business would be a nice feature to have.

… And in case of death of the primary owner, the ownership of the business should automatically pass over to the business partner (co-operator)

Or the ability to transfer ownership and change the operator. The operator of my family business is an in-law now, and I don’t want her to be in that position at all
