@CharmedSM Thank you so much Happy that you like it! This lot was one of those I never had the right idea what and how to build on it. So I am happy it turned out good at the end 
One of my Zois unfortunately has lost his job during my absence while rotating through other families. He was working as Director at Sync up and is a total nerd but for whatever reason he got fired during my absence. So he decided to open a gaming lounge. He will alos teach coding and game design in his business while also offering a little bit of food for other hungry nerds.
So this is his new business called “Level up - Game Lounge” in 421 Sunset Cove Road in Bliss Bay:
Downstairs there is gaming space and a café area (also a small employee kitchen):
Upstairs there is space for lectures, a small lounge corner and some more gaming spaces (and a bathroom):
I’d say he was lucky to get fired. He ended up with such a beautiful business because of it.

@Sephrenia thank you so much Yes, now he is near to bankrupt but he will fight his way out, for sure. He had to take a loan in order for me to be able to finish the shop But luckily his wife still has a good job.

I am actually quite happy how it turned out. The space is really tiny on this lot and outside there is not much space to do a lot but I really enjoy playing inside the shop
