NPC Employees Do Not Appear on Cahaya Multipurpose Land

• Steps to Reproduce: I built a structure on the Cahaya multipurpose land and manually created and hired NPC staff, but the employees never appear on the property. Please fix this bug.

Yes, the employees are quite bugged for some players lately, I had to experience it myself. They’re not going to work autonomously, even when they’re a part of the owner’s active household.
I assume this is closely related to the bug I reported: BUSINESS: Employee (part of household) can’t go to location → something is keeping employees from going to the work location for whatever reason.
