    there is no connection to canvas

  • Details: When I log into the game, it says I have no internet connection, even though my internet is weak, but YouTube works just as well as before. I tried using a VPN, which also increases download speeds, but I still can’t download anything from Canvas. I live in an occupied city, but unfortunately I can’t confirm this because it’s strictly punishable.

Is it possible that you try to launch the game with your antivirus program disabled? This might be the cause of this issue. Please don’t do it if this causes any trouble due to your situation :folded_hands:

I’ve never had an antivirus, and I’ve never had this error before.

Alright, thank you for explaining. You can also use Canvas via your browser, just like the forum. Then you can queue up to 10 Canvas downloads which will automatically be installed once you enter the game. I’m not sure if that works if you’re not properly logged in. It’s worth a try though :slightly_smiling_face:
