I can’t clean this stain on the floor at all.
im having the same problem , my zoi has cleaned soo many times but it wont clean ive even tried the “instantClean” cheat it still wont go and when i go into build mode its not there only in live mode 
I’m a steam PC window user. I don’t use the mode. I have the same problem. Cleaning does not clean the floor. The dust remains.
I have this problem too! Windows, PC. I don’t use mods.

This spot on the floor won’t become clean. It states that the broom can’t be used on a built floor. So, I’m not sure if it’s because I’m not using a broom. I can vacuum and mop this spot, but nothing changes. Help!

I attach save files. I don’t add Crash files because I don’t have them.
I downloaded a few mods that ‘Inzoi’ offers in the game ‘Lobby’, but all of them are now removed.
When I turn the game off and on again, most of the dust disappears. However, sometimes the dust does not disappear.
This happens to me too, but I find that dust and debris overlays disappear on reloading the game. Just not when expected, once cleaning is complete.
I have the same issue. My Zoi spent an entire day vacuuming, and it still will not come clean.
